Promising the best combination of international Western and Asian dishes, it is available from 6.30pm to 10.30pm every Sunday to Thursday this month.
“As its name implies, the International Buffet promotion showcases dishes from various countries, many of which are the places where our chefs have gone for training. Therefore, our dishes were very authentic dishes and not just experiments out of cookbooks,” said executive chef Cesar Liesa.
Cuisines featured include from countries such as Spain, Italy, United States, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Diners can choose from freshly-grilled and roasted steaks to lamb chops, fish, pizza and vegetables from Zest’s unique open kitchen and lava stone grill.
Other specialities include sushi platter, smoked salmon salad, seafood salad, vegetable ratatouille, duck and wild mushroom consomme, beef masak hitam, fish umai, gado-gado with peanut sauce, stir-fried dry chilli clams, fish masak lemak cili padi as well as a range of laksa, chicken or tomyam soup at the Asian noodle station.
