Usher in the New Year at Hilton Kuching

With New Year’s Eve just around the corner, Hilton Kuching Hotel is prepared to cater to all your whims and fancies.

Usher in the New Year and treat your family to a mouthwatering feast. The kitchen crew of the Waterfront Café will be cooking up a storm for the season’s specials in The Premium Dinner Buffet on New Year’s Eve. Priced at RM120++ per person, guests will be served with a complimentary glass of draft beer. The lavish buffet features king salmon, wagyu beef, lobsters, mussels, oysters, foie gras and much more. In addition, diners can expect to enjoy dinner with live entertainment.

For oriental food lovers, Toh Yuen will be serving its famous Chinese Dinner Buffet. A sumptuous menu of Chinese cuisine awaits, with all-time Toh Yuen favourites such as Shark Fin’s Soup with Crabmeat, Peking Duck, Fresh Water Prawn in Vietnamese Sauce, Steamed Pompfret and Green Mussels. Also, a Chinese orchestra has been specially invited to entertain guests. The Chinese buffet is priced at RM120++ per person with a complimentary glass of draft beer while a private room is available with a minimum spend of RM2010.

Wine and dine that special loved one at the Steakhouse with an exquisite 4 course menu and a luscious dessert room. The sumptuous dinner includes Foie gras with Truffle Oil and Caviar, Double Boil Chicken Consommé, Seafood Scallop and Tiger Prawn Risotto, Grand Fed Ribeye, and Black Codfish. The dinner is priced at RM145++ per person with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, while tables of 10 persons will be presented with a complimentary bottle of premium spirit.
