MIRI: My Homestay, a new budget inn, offers a comfortable stay at affordable prices.
The recently opened 28-room inn is located at Jalan Merpati (just above Shukie Cafe) here.
“Guests can feel completely at home here, where we provide the most comfortable stay for them with all the facilities they would need for their stay,” said one is of its directors, Aaron Sim.
“It’s like a home away from home concept,” he explained.
What makes it different from other budget hotels or inns is that My Homestay has a common living room, a balcony area with tables and chairs perfect for chit-chats as well as a pantry.
My Homestay is offering special rates for guests, for instance RM90 nett per night (normal RM120 nett) for its Superior Queen room, RM90 nett for its Family Room (normal RM120nett) and for its dormitory, RM30nett per bed per night (normal rate is RM35nett) in line with its recent opening.
Guests can opt for a single bed, a double bed, two single beds or even a double-decker bed.
Special long-term rates are also available upon request.
Among the facilities are a computerised door lock security system, hot showers with hair and body shampoo, drinking water dispensers, a 24-hour CCTV security system, free wi-fi and use of computers at the living room area, laundry service, a large living room with satellite TV channel and DVD player.
