SIBU: The 2015 Borneo Cultural Festival (BCF) at Sibu Town Square Phase 1 drew down its curtain in style on Saturday night.
The event, which was held from July 30 to Aug 8 and organised by Sibu Municipal Council (SMC), showcased the colourful cultures of the multi-racial people of Sarawak.
On Saturday night, the performances were made more colourful and meaningful with the blend of wonderful cultures depicting the unique cultural diversity and harmony of the Land of the Hornbill, which has about 26 ethnic groups.
The sea of audience was amazed with the splendid creativity injected into the dances and music depicting life in the rainforest of Borneo.
Besides that, the huge crowd which jam-packed every corner of Sibu Town Square was also enchanted by the awesome presentations by the invited foreign troupes.
