MIRI: Pullman Miri Waterfront has introduced ‘Flavours of the Far East’ – a Chinese a la carte menu with the best combination of dishes by executive chef Gabriel Rogers Jaban and Chinese cuisine specialist chef Andy Liaw, who have over two decades of experience in the culinary field.
The dishes are available at Pullman Kitchen daily from 11am to 10pm.
A lunch for the media on Wednesday included a Dim Sum combination of Steamed Chives Dumpling, Rice Paper Roll and Shrimp Wantan; Herbal Chicken Soup; Deep Fried Golden Prawn with Butter Cream; Braised Herbal Duck; Stir Fried Beef with Black Pepper Sauce; Chinese BBQ Lamb Chops; and Stir Fried Kai Lan with Garlic.
The desserts were Shanghai Pancake and Honeydew with Sago Cream.
